Visa & Passpports

Everyone entering the United States of America must have a valid passport and visa or travel authorization. We would encourage all international attendees to check with your travel operator if your originating country requires a visa. The U.S. Department of State has primary responsibility for visa policy and issuance. For more information on visa requirements, visit their website trave.state.gov

Attendees who need a visa will require a letter of invitation from the conference office. Once your registration has been completed and paid in full, we would be delighted to issue this letter for you. Please complete the form below. Note that we cannot issue a letter until your registration and payment is completed in full. It is advisable that you have booked and paid for accommodation for the duration of your stay. This should be included with your visa application.

Note that VISA applications can take several months for the United States. We would encourage all participants to ensure that you have left ample time.
